เมื่อวันที่ 24 เมษายน 2561 นายเชิดเกียรติ อัตถากร เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงไนโรบี ได้มอบสำเนาพระราชสาส์นตราตั้งแก่นาย Olivier Nduhungirehe ตำแหน่ง Minister of State สาธารณรัฐรวันดา และทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ไทย-สาธารณรัฐรวันดา รวมทั้ง การส่งเสริมความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนา และการส่งเสริมการค้าและการลงทุนระหว่างกัน

          On 24 April 2018 His Excellency Mr. Cherdkiat Atthakor, Ambassador of Thailand, presented a copy of credentials to His Excellency Mr. Olivier Nduhungirehe, Minister of State of the Republic of Rwanda. On this occasion, they also discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Republic of Rwanda, including on development cooperation, trade and investment.
